    Meet Mariana
As a first-generation, Spanish-speaking Latina therapist, I specialize in working with individuals navigating cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and the complexities of being raised in immigrant families. For couples and families, I support navigating cultural identity, generational trauma, and communication challenges. I provide trauma-informed, affirming care for BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ relationships, with a focus on healing emotional wounds, deepening intimacy, and fostering mutual respect. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and rooted in compassion. I offer bilingual support to adolescents and adults, with a focus on BIPOC mental health, women’s issues, and trauma healing. Together, we’ll center your voice, honor your story, and work toward healing and growth.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as….
“When we heal ourselves, we heal our ancestors and our children.”
When I’m not in sessions, you’ll likely find me spending time with my partner and my blue-nose pitbull. I’m a big fan of the PNW, which means I go on regular hikes, love exploring Washington State, consistently foster cats at my local animal shelter, and watch movies/TV shows. As a first-gen Latina, I've spent the majority of my life working on my personal traumas and increasing my understanding of our oppressed system. I have my own therapist, which is why I will always advocate for the accessibility for others to connect with a therapist, even if it’s looked down upon within our cultures.
